How long will it take to get my order?
It takes 1-2 days for us to design your custom product (if you have ordered, any). Once shipped, you can expect delivery in 1-2 weeks. For international orders, you can expect delivery in 2-3 weeks.
Otherwise for normal products, you can expect 2-3 days less in the delivery time.

What if I don't like the product?
That’s fine! Send us an email and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What makes a good photo (for Canvas)?
1.) The photo is taken in a well-lit area.
2.) Close up. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos. -
How personalization works?
Personalization means tailor-made products, just for you! All the customers that we cater to, receive a product which is highly personalized whether with their picture on it or some connecting phrase.
StampTrend products are completely personalized and deeply researched (according to the engagement). Your product and another customer’s product will be completely different.Your product will be one in a million, just like you! Unlike the products available in the market - same for everyone!

What if the product is not delivered on time?
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days, if you do not receive it in the specified delivery time period. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach to you :)

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@stamptrend.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number

What happens if I type in the wrong delivery address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@stamptrend.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Tax & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
